Tenet Cup – Giving Through Growth
All net proceeds from our annual Tenet Cup event are donated to a nonprofit organization. To date, we’ve raised over $100,000 for the Ladd Foundation’s 1616 program, supporting youth mental development through mentorship and life-skills education.
AZ Children’s Business Fair – Supporting Young Entrepreneurs
As an executive sponsor of the AZ Children’s Business Fair, we help fund the event, serve as judges, and actively encourage the next generation of entrepreneurs as they bring their ideas to life.

Tenet Equity is a Real Estate Investment Trust that offers 100% financing to growing middle-market companies for the construction, improvement, and operation of sustainable buildings. Our primary goal is to lower the overall cost of capital for operating companies, providing them with the ability to make higher quality and more sustainable long-term investments in their businesses and real estate.
Tenet requires all of its investments in real estate meet certain ESG standards. For new construction, we seek to finance LEED and green-certified buildings.
