Kate Shankland
Investment Analyst
Kate Shankland is a part of Tenet’s Underwriting Team, focused on real estate analysis and valuation of prospective investment opportunities. Prior to joining Tenet, she earned dual B.S. degrees in Finance and Real Estate & Applied Finance from Arizona State University, where she served as a teaching assistant and helped manage a portfolio of REITs.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys golfing, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
