Keith Griffin is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Tenet, where he is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and executing net lease investment opportunities across the United States. He plays a central role in shaping Tenet’s acquisition strategy and overseeing transaction activity from origination through closing.
With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Keith has a diverse institutional background spanning valuation, research, debt origination, acquisitions, and dispositions. Over the course of his career, he has executed more than $2 billion in transactions across a wide range of asset types and markets. Prior to joining Tenet, he served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Spirit Realty Capital (NYSE: SRC), where he led the firm’s national industrial investment strategy until its merger with Realty Income Corporation (NYSE: O).
Keith previously held investment roles at MetLife Investment Management, AIC Industrial, Regions Bank, and Morgan Stanley. He holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BA in Economics from North Carolina State University.
