Keith Griffin
SVP Acquisitions
Keith Griffin is Vice President of Acquisitions at Tenet Equity and is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and structuring net lease investments in the western region of the United States.
Keith brings over a decade of expertise in commercial real estate, with a diverse background across various asset classes and disciplines, including valuation, research, debt origination, acquisitions, and dispositions. Over the course of his career, he has successfully completed transactions exceeding $1.5 billion nationwide. Most recently, at Spirit Realty Capital (NYSE: SRC), Keith served as Vice President of Acquisitions, where he focused on originating, underwriting, and overseeing the acquisition of new net lease investments. Prior to his time at Spirit, Keith held positions at MetLife Investment Management, AIC Industrial, Regions Bank, and Morgan Stanley. Keith obtained a BA in Economics from North Carolina State University and earned an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
