Meder Zhumagulov

Meder Zhumagulov is a part of Tenet’s Underwriting Team, focused on real estate analysis and valuation of prospective real estate investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Tenet, Meder earned his B.S. in Business Analytics from Grand Canyon University, where he led public equity research for a student-managed investment fund and completed internship programs in real estate and private equity. Outside of work, Meder enjoys hiking, reading Russian literature, and spending time with friends.
