Mitch Woltkamp

As one of Tenet’s first hires, Mitch Woltkamp has held roles on both the credit and real estate sides of the underwriting team, contributing to the underwrite of every Tenet deal since inception.
As part of the credit team, he has underwritten the credits of middle-market companies associated with over $600 million in net lease investments across dozens of industries. On the real estate side, Mitch has personally priced and underwritten over $5 billion of real estate assets in all property types across the USA. He also assists with Tenet’s capital markets, portfolio management, and acquisitions activities. Prior to Tenet, he served as an advisor at Retail Investment Group, a boutique net lease brokerage firm.
Mitch earned his B.S.B.A. degree from Western Governors University and has held an Arizona real estate salesperson license.
