Nathan Swift

Nathan is a part of Tenet’s Underwriting Team, focused on real estate analysis and valuation on prospective deals. Prior to joining Tenet, Nathan completed his B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University while maintaining his window washing business, he started at 14 years old. In his free time, Nathan enjoys hanging out with friends and his cat, riding his motorcycle, and playing video games.
