Nicholas Rossy

Nicholas Rossy is Vice President of Acquisitions at Tenet, working with private equity funds, M&A advisors and business operators throughout the West Coast and Southwest.

Prior to joining Tenet, Nicholas was a Director at Cave Creek Capital, where he was responsible for deal origination, diligence and execution for lower middle market companies. Prior to Cave Creek Capital, Nicholas was a Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Rothschild & Co in New York City where he executed M&A transactions for corporations and private equity groups across the Healthcare sector. Previously, he was an Investment Banking Associate in the Healthcare Group at RBC Capital Markets, where he focused on M&A advisory and capital raising.

Nicholas has been a CFA charterholder since 2017, holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame – Mendoza College of Business and B.S. in Biochemistry from McGill University. Nicholas is originally from Montreal and lives in Phoenix with his wife and two children. He enjoys golf, tennis, travel, dining out and watching Fighting Irish football and the Montreal Canadiens.
