Sedona Rose Basher, MBA, serves as Associate Vice President of Acquisitions at Tenet, bringing more than a decade of expertise in financial services and real estate investment. She specializes in relationship management, business development, and deal origination, connecting investors with high-quality, strategically timed opportunities that deliver strong, risk-adjusted returns.

Previously, Sedona was Principal at Realty Investor Capital, where she led the identification and execution of alternative real estate investment strategies for family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional capital partners worldwide. Sedona’s career also includes notable roles in venture capital relationship management, mortgage lending, real estate sales, higher education marketing, and international media production. She holds an MBA and a dual academic background in biomedical sciences and business, enabling her to approach investments with both analytical precision and strategic vision.

An Arizona native, Sedona has traveled to more than 25 countries, bringing a global perspective to her work. She resides in Mesa with her partner and their blended family of three children and enjoys golf, pickleball, gardening, and two-step dancing.
