Spencer Crawford

Spencer Crawford oversees the acquisitions team and is responsible for origination, analyzing, and structuring net lease investments throughout the United States.

Prior to Tenet, Spencer served as one of the top Managing Directors at STORE Capital (NYSE: STOR) and was a member of the investment committee. He helped facilitate over $3 billion in acquisitions, earning him numerous accolades. He joined STORE in July 2013, shortly after the Company’s inception, and was instrumental on the underwriting team to evaluate new investment opportunities. He later worked on risk mitigation throughout the portfolio finding solutions for distressed assets.  Prior to STORE, Spencer served as Credit Analyst Officer at Alliance Bank of Arizona.

Spencer graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Finance and Business Administration and currently sits on the board of Breakthrough T1D (Formerly JDRF).
